Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards and cheques. We currently accept orders
from the UK only. Any attempts to fraudulently use credit or debit cards will be
immediately notified to the police in the country of origin. For the purposes of
fraud prevention, your IP (Internet Protocol) address is tracked when you place
orders with us.

Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch your print order the same day if received before
2pm. Gifts and special services will take longer. All orders are despatched ‘First
Class’ using the Royal Mail at a cost of £1.50 per order. We reserve the right to
change couriers for large and special orders..We will contact you if this applies.
If you need your order in a hurry please contact us and ask about delivery
timing. In the unlikely event that something is missing you must inform us within
48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims after that time.

PLEASE NOTE TO HELP COMBAT INTERNET FRAUD THAT WE ARE
ONLY ABLE TO DELIVER TO THE CARDHOLDERS REGISTERED
ADDRESS.

Availability of Goods & VAT
While all care is taken to maintain appropriate stock levels, all products and
services are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time
without prior notification. If we do not supply the goods for any reason at any
time you will be notified and no charge will be taken. If your item is not in stock
we can back order for you. You will always be notified at the time of purchase if
this is the case with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT: Included and charged at the current rate (17.5%)

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Whilst every care is taken to provide accurate and up to date information on this
web site, Foto Factory will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies that
occur.

Legal
Please note that until we have processed your order no offer of sale is made. In
the event that we decline your order for whatever reason we will inform you by e-
mail.

We maintain that, by confirming your order, you accept our conditions of sale,
having read them. All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of
trading are additional to your statutory rights.
